And God stood there, at the brink of creation, and was Being. God was the consciousness behind all creation, the Presence that existed before anything was created. God was ALL there was. He was a sea of consciousness. And no separate forms existed in that sea, no separate identities – all was One. It was God in the fullness of his Being (Phase 1 in Figure 1).
Figure 1: From Being to Creation (click to see larger picture)His heart was so full of love that he wanted to reach out and express it. He wanted to create, and through creation, Be More. He knew that everything there is is Love, and there are no limits to that love. He wanted to fill everything with love so that it permeates all of his future creation. And so he extracted from his being a substance – Light – which can carry the vibration of his love to the farthest corners of the universe. That light can also take any imaginable form - whatever the creator thinks of, so it can be a means of creative expression. So there was the artist and his canvas, God and his Light, and this "duet" would be capable of creating the entire universe.
So God divided himself into two polarities (Phase 2 in Figure 1): Light, which is the passive, yin aspect of God (also known as the Mother aspect or divine feminine), and Consciousness/ Mind, which is the active, yang aspect of God (also known as the Father aspect or divine masculine). God the Mother - Mother Light - could take on any form which God the Father envisioned. That is how God chose to Be More and expand – through acting upon the Light. "Let there be Light", he proclaimed and that’s where the creation started.
Consciousness/ Mind has the power to imagine a form, while Light is the building material which takes the form imposed i.e. projected on it by the consciousness of the Father. So Father is the Mind of creation, who holds the idea in his mind of how the world should be created. While Mother is the Body of creation, where new forms (mental, emotional and physical) will be born. The Father imagines a form and the Mother outpictures it - she becomes that form.
The Mother, or Mother Light, is conscious of that what she is outpicturing, and she loves when she can outpicture the perfection of the Father’s mind, because through that she also becomes More – from undifferentiated light to a distinct form of beauty and perfection. She loves to take the form that the Father imprints on her, and then sustain that form though her nurturing and compassionate love. Whereas the Father loves when he can express himself and Be More through the Mother. Both Father and Mother are aspects of One God. Creation would not be possible without their balanced, harmonious and loving interaction.
2. Creation of the material universe and spirit sparks
Because God wanted to share his love with as many beings as possible, and because he didn’t want to have a static, predetermined universe, he created other self-conscious beings out of his own Body and Mind, who would further expand creation. Through the interaction between the Father and Mother aspects of God – between Father’s Mind and Mother’s Light, their offspring was created: spirit sparks, future co-creators with God (Phase 3 in Figure 1).
All self-conscious beings were created in the interaction of creative mind and conscious light. All were given the ability to co-create: imagination and free will. And all were endowned with an imprint of Christ consciousness, that they can recognize themselves as children of God.
The first self-conscious beings were Elohim – cosmic beings with a high degree of God’s awareness, who were capable of creating large systems like galaxies, solar systems and planets (Figure 2). Earth was created by seven such beings – seven Elohim, who are representatives of God the Creator. Through the Christ mind of Elohim - mind aligned with the will of God - material universe with galaxies and solar systems, including our solar system and planet Earth, was created. Because Elohim was aligned with the mind of God, they were capable of imagining a perfect physical universe, which would serve as a platform for growth for a large number of spirit sparks.
Figure 2: Creation of the material world (click to see larger picture)After creating the material platform for growth, Elohim then created spirit sparks, children of Light, that is - us. Maybe we were not created in the first phase of creation, directly by Elohim, but in the later phases, by other self-conscious beings who mastered the realms of matter and became Gods in their own right. But anyhow, we are a part of the hierarchy of beings going all the way up to God.
We were created in the image and likeness of God, as an act of God’s love and God’s will to Be More. God gave us a seed of self-awareness and a portion of Light to start with, holding the immaculate concept that we would gradually, through our experiences and free-will choices, expand our self-awareness and realize who we truly are – Gods in the making.
God also gave us imagination and free will. Through our creative mind we would impose images on Mother Light and create forms in the material world. Meaning that we would serve as co-creators with God.
Each spirit spark is aware of their spiritual origin, of their spiritual parents (though spirit sparks created in later phases of creation might not be aware at first that their lineage goes all the way up to God). They also have the potential to attain Christ consciousness. Which means they have the potential to recognize themselves as divine and expand their consciousness until they become the fullness of God. So spirit sparks are meant to learn and expand their self-awareness until they reach the fullness of God.
3. Energy matrix of a spirit spark
Every spirit spark – because it is an offspring of God – has a presence of God imprinted in their Being, the so called I AM Presence (Figure 3). I AM Presence is created in perfect interaction of Father and Mother God, and therefore is perfect in itself. Each I AM Presence holds an individual flame – God flame – which is unique for that particular spirit spark. So every spirit spark is endowed with a particular quality of God, with a particular hue of God’s light, which is unique for them.
Figure 3: Chart of our total being (more details here)I AM Presence always stays in the highest realm of the matter plane (called identity realm – described in Chapter 6). This realm overlaps with the spiritual realm - what we call heaven, and therefore always remains perfect and undefiled by the lower consciousness of the material world. It serves as a storage place for all our positive creations and consciousness forms (ideas, thoughts and emotions). Those consciousness forms are organized in seven categories – seven rays of God’s light or seven aspects of Christ consciousness: power, wisdom, love, purity, truth, peace, victory, which correspond to our seven chakras.1
When we were created as spirit sparks, we were created with the blueprint of Christ as a development matrix, which had a certain amount of God's light in it, which translates into a certain level of spiritual attainment. This blueprint is called causal body (Figure 3) and is organized into spheres corresponding to the seven qualities of Christ. When our spirit spark was first created, our causal body was largely empty, and of a pale hue, meaning that our spiritual attainment was relatively low - we were children in the school of Life, or as apostle Paul called a "babe in Christ". As we would grow in awareness and make the right choices, we would fill our consciousness with pure and loving forms, and our causal body would gradually be filled with more and more light.
Only pure forms, created with pure heart, can ascend to the causal body i.e. to the spiritual realm.2 Whenever we create something with a pure heart and pure motive, we strenghten that particular quality of God, i.e. expand the light in the corresponding sphere of the causal body. And its shines more brightly. That is how we literally lay up for ourselves treasures in heaven, “where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal." (Matthew 6:20) It is our eternal reserve in heaven, which we gathered since our spirit spark was created – which means since eons. And we can always access it, if we have an honest intention and a pure heart.
It is important to say that we fill the Christ matrix of the causal body through connecting with and expanding our individual God flame. Spiritual growth cannot be done mechanically, so following outer rules and rituals (for example purifying our chakras through following special diet, exercising, chanting, etc...) won't qualify us for ascension. We need to do it through purifying our hearts and minds, through being our God flame and letting our light shine in all situations we encounter. Outer methods can help, but they alone will never open the door of Heaven to us.
When our causal body reaches enough light in all spheres (all qualities of Christ), we will have qualified for ascension – permanent ascent of our soul into the realm of spirit, where our I AM Presence is residing. Our I AM Presence will have become like a shiny star, full of light. We will have become an adult spiritual being who (re)created themselves in the image and likeness of God. We will become spiritually self-sufficient. That we did through expanding our self-awareness and free will choices based on the consciousness of Christ.
After a period of learning in the spiritual realm, young spirit sparks gathered certain spiritual attainment and got the impulse to create. Like nestlings, after they become big enough, have the impulse to leave the nest, same was with us – we felt we want to descend to the vast and unexplored material realm and start creating there and expanding God's light. We knew we could do it, because we knew that we are children of God. Even if we didn’t have a full awareness of who we are and what our potentials are, we knew we are spiritual beings and all is possible for us.
So it was our free choice to come to the denser spheres of matter. It was a challenge, a creative, positive challenge, and since we had the will to Be More embedded in our being, we yearned to do it. And so we set out to the spheres of matter. The only condition was that once we descend to matter, we cannot ascend back to Spirit until we have mastered the material realm. But for us, bold and beautiful spirits, it was not an obstacle – we knew we CAN do it, simply because of who we are.
God created helpers for us – angels – who would help us in our sojourn in matter and serve as messengers between Spirit and matter. Other advanced souls were there to help us too – the so called ascended masters – who already mastered the realms of matter and permanently ascended to Spirit. God gave us everything so we can successfully complete our mission.
Material realm was denser than the spiritual one, and it wasn't obvious that everything is made of God's light. There was also darkness, albeit neutral darkness which we were supposed to fill with light. We were experimenting with our free will, often making mistakes. But that was fine, as long as we were willing to learn from those mistakes and transcend our limitations. We had spiritual teachers with us, and we could always turn to them for guidance.
The clumsiness and immaturity of young spirit sparks was not appreciated by some angels, who had a high spiritual attainment, which means that they, unlike spirit sparks, understood the whole purpose of the universe and the grand plan of God. They were impatient about how slow we are in the learning process, and so they rebelled - they didn’t want to serve beings who are much lower in consciousness than they were. The leader of the rebellious angels was Lucifer who thought that God made a mistake by giving us free will. He didn't like the idea that we have a direct connection to God, and that we can even misuse God's light in our ignorance and create imperfect structures.
Lucifer thought that the universe would be much better off if children of God (spirit sparks) didn’t have a direct heart connection to God but if angels served as mediators in bringing God's light to us. That way they could control us - they could control the amount of energy we were given, and keep the unfoldment of God's plan according to the cosmic schedule. Control was a major issue for Lucifer and he felt God was mistaken by giving so much freedom to such immature souls.
And so Lucifer rebelled, stepped out of the consciousness of oneness with God (Christ consciousness), and automatically fell in vibration. He, and the angels who followed him (according to the Bible, around one third of all angels), could not perceive the high vibration of Heaven any more - they willingly separated themselves from God. They were not even cast out from Heaven - they fell by themselves. They descended into lower vibration, which is the material realm - more specifically, the energy field of Earth.
Material realm doesn’t include just dense physical matter, but also emotions, thoughts and ideas that we hold in our energy field - in our sphere of consciousness - while we are in the sojourn in matter. Everything we think, feel and believe is stored in our sphere of consciousness, which is called aura. Similarly, feelings, thoughts and beliefs of humankind - of the mass consciousness - are stored in the planetary aura. So the material realm consists of the dense physical level and three more levels above it: emotional, mental and identity realm (identity realm is the level of ideas that we hold about ourselves, i.e. what we identify with). Identity realm has the highest vibration among the four realms of matter - it is least dense.
After the angels fell to the material realm, they didn't immediately descend to the dense physical realm but occupied three higher levels, specially the emotional level (because they fell because of negative emotions of pride and anger). They started to project their negativity and consciousness of separation from God into the Earth's energy field, which affected the spirit sparks. Because fallen angels had high spiritual attainment before the fall, they were wise and skilled in selling their brand of truth to much less aware spirit sparks. Spirit sparks were faced with a much greater challenge than originally envisaged - they needed to discern between the true teachers, sent by God, and false teachers - fallen angels.
Fallen angels were in the consciousness of separation from God, which is basically anti-Christ consciousness. And they tried to lead the children of God away from God. Serpent in the Garden of Eden was one such fallen angel, who through his clever reasoning and subtle logic managed to deceive Adam and Eve to follow him instead of God.
What does the Tree of knowledge of good and evil represent? It represents the consciousness of relative good and evil - stepping outside of the absolute truth of God and adopting a worldview where there is no higher truth, no higher law, but the truth becomes relative. Without the guiding rod of God, standards are gradually eroded, leading the person and the entire society into a spiral of self-destruction. This is the consciousness that ensnared Adam and Eve, who because they were not yet mature enough to realize the subtle lie in it, and unwilling to take God's word for it, succumbed to it. Serpent inserted doubt into their hearts, infected their minds with the idea that there is life outside of God, and so he initiated them into the consciousness of duality, of relativity, of "anything goes", which has been ruling the world ever since.
Serpent told Eve "you will surely not die", assuring her that it is not necessary to follow the path of Christ - path of oneness with God - but that there is an easier path to salvation. That was a path outside of Christ, the path of separation from God, that eventully lead to their spiritual death. But Adam and Eve didn't have enough spiritual maturity to discern truth from lie, and they were allured by the Serpent’s promise of "easy and fun" salvation. So they followed him, turning their backs on God.
They gradually fell in consciousness, and couldn't perceive higher vibrations of the Garden of Eden (which was in the identity realm), nor could they contact their spiritual teacher any more. They were not any more in a protected tube of light, having a direct connection with their I AM Presence, but fell into denser vibration, where spiritual energies were much more difficult to perceive. God still sustained them, but not through the tube of light, but through a thin cord, a few milimeters in width, which connected their heart and God's heart. Instead of being fully bathed in the energies of the spirit, their new condition allowed just a few entry points for the exchange of spiritual energies - those points of contact called chakras.
Diminished connection with God also caused their lifespan to be reduced dramatically, and disease and decay to develop in aging bodies. The law of karma (of cause and effect) was effectuated because children of God refused to learn through love - through loving God and loving who they are. Instead, they entered the school of hard knocks where they started creating karma which - because they were no more pure in their hearts - could not be transmuted by their spiritual teacher (like it could be before the Fall). The only way for them to learn was through karma, through experiencing the consequences of their own miscreations. And this is the condition we still have on Earth - most of the people unwilling to question their ways and look for deeper meaning in life until they are faced with the descent of their karma, usually in form of personal crisis, be it a serious illness, loss of a loved one or similar misfortune.
Another consequence of the Fall is the need for reincarnation. Since the lifespan was greatly reduced and the children of God, disconnected from their Higher Selves, were creating a lot of karma, they needed to come again and again into the physical, to try to rectify their mistakes and finally learn their lessons. Instead of learning through loving obedience to the law of God in their heart, they needed to learn through pain and suffering, in lifetime after lifetime.
The Fall in the Garden of Eden didn't happen in a single moment but gradually, as Adam and Eve (and other children of God who followed the Serpent) refused to return to their true teacher and were sinking deeper in consciousness3. At first they didn't feel much difference, but one day they woke up only to realize that they are alone. They didn't see God any more, and they felt confused and empty. They forgot they once had connection with God and true teacher, they forgot about their spiritual origin, they forgot who they really are. But they needed to identify with something - they needed a sense of security. And that's how the ego was born - a mental construct based on the consciousness of separation from God, which reasons that God either doesn't exist or is not needed in our lives.
There are many people today who reason like that, and this belief is promoted by beings in fallen consciousness and fed into the minds of confused souls. Many of us feel empty, unfulfilled, constantly yearning for something elusive which we feel we’ll never get. But we don’t realize that we are in fact yearning for God, for the lost connection with God. We are yearning for Paradise lost, without being aware of it.
And so we are looking for the Holy Grail in all the wrong places, in material possessions and sensual pleasures, or in perfect partners who will finally take us to the "seventh heaven". Or we search for God in scriptures and rituals, in magic potions and symbols, or as the other extreme, in depriving ourselves of all material pleasures, hoping that this would convince the spirit of God to descend on us. But if we don’t look in the heart, and are not willing to surrender that what prevents us to come into oneness with God – then we won’t find the Holy Grail. We will stay thirsty because the living waters of God are not there where we are looking for.
There is so much misery and suffering around exactly because we lost connection to our God. The kingdom of God is within – which means that we can attain oneness with God only through opening and purifying our hearts. Through learning Christ love and letting go of all false identities.
Today we see too many relationships based on human love, which is a possessive, conditional love, which wants to get something first before it can give. Because if we don’t have our fulfillment in God, we need to get it from someone else, and we demand it. Therefore so many expectations and so much disappointment. Or we have relationships based on mushy and soft love, which doesn’t motivate the other person to rise higher, to transcend their limitations – like Christ love does – but lets them stay in their lesser identity for an unlimited amount of time.
In the Age of Aquarius everybody will have to sit under their own vine and fig tree. Meaning that everybody will have a connection with their Higher Self and God. Which further means that co-dependent relationships will be very rare. They are possible only in lower consciousness, when both partners are separated from their Higher Selves. So instead of having first a vertical connection with their Higher Self, and from there connecting to each other, forming letter H, they connect from their lesser identity, which is not anchored in Spirit. And hence constant pulling and pushing, action and reaction, and there is never true happiness.

Such relationships will be anchored in Spirit, which means that both partners will feel complete in themselves, will feel connected to the ultimate source of love and fulfillment. And so they will want to share that love with their partner instead of taking it from them through manipulation. Because they will feel abundance of love, they will primarily want to give, not to get. But of course, it is a two-way exchange and it will be a balanced giving and receiving, each cycle leading both partners to become more in God.
Aquarian relationships will start in spirit – in spiritual oneness – and from there filter down to matter. Ascended Masters' teachings tell us that before the fall in consciousness (in the Garden of Eden) children of Light were asexual beings who were able to create offspring - new spirit sparks - through interaction of their consciousness, i.e. through spiritual union. They didn't have sexual organs until after the Fall. After the Fall they lost the ability to procreate through spiritual union, they fell in denser vibration and started embodying in dense physical bodies. And this "dense" condition (dense bodies - dense consciousness) required sexual organs for procreation, similar like in animals.
Our physical setup now does include the sexual organs, which means that they belong to the totality of current human experience. This means that we need to neither demonize sex nor glorify it, but to approach it from the viewpoint of a spiritual being that we are. A spiritual being wants to spiritualize matter, i.e. raise the vibration of everything they create in matter, and that refers to sex too.
For a spiritual being it is not so important to have physical sex as it is to have spiritual union with their partner. It is the union on all levels, body and soul, but it is anchored in the heart - a heart burning with love for God. Since we are spiritually aware, we see God in our partner, and they see God in us (mutuality is important here), and our heart leaps to them. And we want to blend our sphere of consciousness with theirs, we want to make our two auras merge into one. Not to steal energy from each other but to share our Being with theirs, in which process both partners become more than they are as separate entities. That is spiritual union. And all the rest follows from that.
Here too the timeless rule of Christ can be applied: seek ye first the kingdom of God, and everything else shall be added unto you.
In a relationship of two souls who have acknowledged oneness with their I AM Presence and God, their united spheres of consciousness produce much stronger light, which can serve as guidance and illumination for other souls, specially in times of transition like this. As the cycles are turning and the consciousness is rising, there will be a number of souls (some of them twin flames), getting together and serving together to enable the transition towards the Golden Age. They will be united through their love for God and for God's plan to be manifested on Earth.
10. Losing connection with our twin flame
As we lost the Paradise – meaning our connection to God, we also lost our "twin flame" – a complementary lifestream which was created from the same I AM Presence (the same divine core) like us, before we were to descend into the spheres of matter. Which means that twin flames share the same I AM Presence, i.e. the same Higher Self. They were meant to master the spheres of matter together, one twin focusing more on the powerful, masculine love, and the other twin more on the nurturing, feminine love 4.
After the feminine twin (Eve) followed the Serpent, both Adam and Eve fell from grace because their minds were one. And later, after the Fall, they couldn’t recognize each other any more, because they went out of oneness with their I AM Presence i.e. oneness with God. Ever since, they have been looking for that oneness and that perfect partner in wrong places, but the only path is to go back to oneness with their I AM Presence. They first need to find their God – the vertical oneness - in order to be able to connect with each other.
In the allegorical story of the Garden of Eden, we need to understand that Eve represents the feminine aspect of each soul, of each spirit spark, regardless of their gender, so women are not to be blamed for the Fall. We all have both feminine and masculine energies in our soul, and our task is to balance them in order to ensure healthy growth of the soul. We need to learn both the power of the Father (which includes direction, expansion, self-transcendence), and the love of the Mother (nurturance, sustenance, compassion). In fact, we need to unite in our consciousness energies of both the Father and the Mother, we need to become loving power and powerful love. And then we will become the Christ.
When the Fall from the Garden of Eden happened, and when Adam and Eve fell in vibration, they were given soul vehicles – energy "bubbles" which were connected to their I AM Presence with only a thin cord, meaning that they were receiving much less light from their source than before. They could only receive light through dedicated contact points, called chakras. Each soul also received an individual Christ Self, as a portion of universal Christ consciousness (the notion of oneness with God that permeates all creation), which they disconnected from during the Fall. Christ Self is always with us, whispering the truth in our hearts, and only utter denial of our True Self can extinguish its voice. The way back to God is the way of the Christ – from Christ Self to I AM Presence, to God.
It is important to say that finding our twin flame in the physical is NOT a precondition for our uniting with God, although it could be a beneficial side-effect. But it is a consequence, not a precondition. It can even be that our twin flame is already ascended to the spheres of spirit, or as the opposite extreme that it descended so low in consciousness that we cannot reach them any more. Ultimately, we will be alone when walking through the Pearly Gates of Heaven, when returning to the spiritual world, because indeed, there are no conditions outside of us that can prevent us to unite with God – not even our twin flame. So we shouldn’t spend our life searching for our twin flame or soul mate – we should be working on our personal Christhood, and again, as Jesus said, all other things will be added unto us.
So we see how our inability to find the Paradise lost, and even blindness to where to look for, is causing a great deal of trouble in our lives and in society at large. Generations of children are conceived in lesser love, their parents lacking spiritual awareness. And the love they receive from their physical parents during upbringing is far from the unconditional love of their divine parents. Humanity needs to find their way back to their I AM Presence, to the God within, in order to reverse the negative trend of hardness of the heart, which leads to insensitivity to life, of degrading love, degrading morale, degrading human condition in general. We need to return to the consciousness of Eden before we can have Paradise on Earth. And of course, Edenic consciousness is the Christ consciousness – the consciousness of oneness with God.
Once we retrieve the Paradise in our hearts and minds, we will be able to manifest it in the physical too. We will be able to take up our true role as co-creators with God and create through the mind of Christ. We saw examples in human history of extraordinary works of art, magnificent buildings and structures (Figure 5), and even the notion of advanced civilizations not currently acknowledged by mainstream science and religion. If we "let that mind be in us, which was also in Christ Jesus", we will see the lowering of the perfect blueprint of God in our society. Higher vision manifested in all segments of life.

Age of Aquarius is the age of spiritual freedom. In the energy sense it means independence from any outer source of energy and fulfillment, but being able to receive sustenance directly from God. The practical consequence of this is free energy – that everybody will be able to draw energy from the spirit, and it will be given to us freely. Which means that we won’t have to use force to utilize God's energy – we will need neither nuclear power which splits the atom nor technology based on scalar waves that tears the ionosphere – we will need only loving hearts to receive everything that we need from Above. Including inspiration for a love-based free energy technology.

2 Thoughts, feelings and desires created in lower consciousness remain in our lower energy body (spanning physical to identity level) and attract similarly unbalanced consciousness forms of other people. If we repeatedly react to a certain situation in a negative way (a way different from love), we will reinforce those negative forms and create a whirl - a magnetic pull - in our energy field, which will attract more and more negative experiences to us. This in turn will reinforce our original negative belief and keep us in a vicious cycle of action and reaction. The only way out of this vicious cycle is to look within and admit that the problem is in us, and to transcend the belief that kept feeding our negativity. That is how we rise in consciousness.
3 Not all children of God in the Garden of Eden fell. Some returned to their true teacher after realizing what they have done, or they never even went after the Serpent. Those faithful ones have in the meanwhile earned their ascension, and some of them now serve as spiritual teachers and leaders of humankind, which we know as ascended masters.
